All requests for refund will be processed within 30 working days from the date of purchase. Within this period we will offer you a full refund and post this the refund amount will be calculated as 50% of the total amount paid, however, under special circumstances where we find out that our services/product quality was not at par and was not at all helpful and your issues were not resolved we would still give a 100% refund and/or extra services to ensure customer satisfaction at all possible costs.
Our service plans only cover software technical support over the phone and through remote control.
We will not be responsible for issues arising from misuse, neglect or abuse.
NS Genus will not be responsible for loss of data, or information that is on your computer, however, before performing any necessary steps that may lead to loss of data we will seek customer's permission and will also perform a data backup if possible/required.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account to your account manager is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancellation. All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and we will not be charge you again. NS Genus, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with NS Genus, among other reasons. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account permanently.
